We want to work with suppliers who are committed to promoting ethics and responsibility.
This Code of Conduct applies to all suppliers of products and services to Fruedal Energy, including their parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their subcontractors implement adequate procedures to manage their impact on people and society and that they comply with the principles described in this Code of Conduct.

Suppliers are expected to ensure good working conditions for employees by taking all necessary steps to prevent accidents and injuries, providing relevant training, and ensuring healthy and hygienic facilities. In addition, they must support and respect international human rights by prohibiting all forms of modern slavery, including forced labor and child labor, promoting equality, fair treatment, and preventing discrimination. Furthermore, they are expected to work purposefully to reduce their direct and indirect carbon footprint as well as energy and water consumption, and to minimize the overall environmental impact of their products. All applicable laws, including regulations on bribery, export control, and GDPR, must be complied with.

Fruedal Energy expects our suppliers to take responsibility for combating corruption and preventing negative impacts on human rights, the environment, and workers' rights, in accordance with international guidelines for due diligence. Suppliers must identify and minimize negative impacts and explain how any problems are handled. Fruedal Energy reserves the right to verify compliance with this code of conduct through self-assessment, internal or external audits, focusing on those suppliers where the risk is greatest. Failure by the supplier to comply with the code will be considered a breach of the cooperation agreement, and Fruedal Energy reserves the right to terminate the cooperation.
